How do I book a cleaning service?

After your Curly Clean is complete, you will be sent a digital invoice via email. Payment is required within 48 hours of the completion of your clean.
Do I need to be present for my cleaning appointment?

No, you do not need to present for your cleaning service. A low-traffic space ensures an efficient, thorough clean. Less distractions in your space equals a faster clean and a faster clean equals less money you have to pay. Of course, we understand that some people are not comfortable leaving their space unattended — especially during your first service — but we hope that you can understand that your absence is what’s best for both parties.
How should I prepare for my Curly Clean?

Making sure all of your dishes are cleaned and put away is our only requirement.
Optional: If you have areas of clutter please place them in boxes or bags so that we can access your surfaces (i.e. products on bathroom countertop, pet toys on the floors, documents on a desk). Taking these steps helps us clean your space faster and saves you money!
Is there anything you absolutely will not clean?
Laundry, dishes, window exteriors, pet waste or excrements, decluttering, and extremely packed rooms that are difficult to navigate or are full of excess items.
